05Submissions to Signalite
When you submit information to us — through the intake form, by email, or otherwise — you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate in all material respects. Submission of information does not create any obligation on our part to pursue a transaction, to keep the information confidential beyond what is reasonable in the ordinary course, or to return materials you have provided. Where sensitive material is exchanged, both parties will enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement before it is shared.
